Individual and combined assays kits, including all the reagents necessary o perform the assay, are available for membrane integrity (LDHe), metabolic activity (GLU), respiratory chain activity (XTT/MTT), total protein synthesis (SRB), DNA content ((CVDE) and lysosomal activity (PAC,NR). The assays can be used to determine the 50% inhibiting dose or concentration (ID50 or IC50), or the no effect dose (NED).
